Falcon Investments were invited to participate in the Future Innovation Summit held in Dubai over two days, the 13th & 14th of October. The Summit was a high-profile event that brought together some of the world’s top thought leaders, policymakers, public figures, investors, and innovative start-ups.
The leading governmental conference was organised under the patronage of the Private Office of Sheikh Saqer Bin Mohamed Al Qasimi. Topics focused on healthcare, education, real estate, artificial intelligence, telecommunications, blockchain, cryptocurrency and digital art innovations.
It was a momentous opportunity to attend the Future Innovation Summit and have a stand for Falcon Investments in the exhibition space. We listened to many panel discussions and speakers from various sectors and nationalities. The event was a great learning opportunity and a fantastic networking platform with like-minded people from all over the world.
An insightful panel discussion on the future of smart cities grabbed our attention. The Gulf region is investing heavily in its plans for smart cities, which will pave the way for a sustainable and profitable future. NEOM in Saudi Arabia is another prominent upcoming smart city. The $500bn zero-carbon district will be completed by 2025 and will cover an area the size of Belgium.
The Real Estate sector is considered conservative. So, innovation and digital transformation play a significant role in changing existing business models. It was great to listen to trending technologies and innovative solutions that will disrupt the Real Estate sector in the UAE.
Overall, we are thankful for the kind invitation from the Private Office to attend the Future Innovation Summit. The event was a unique platform for organisations, businesses and individuals to share their expertise, knowledge, and technologies to lay the foundations for an innovative future. We enjoyed listening to all the different speakers who attended, panel discussions, networking with potential clients and creating new business connections.
It was fantastic to meet some of the notable guests of honours, Khabib Nurmagomedov (the longest-reigning UFC Lightweight Champion) and HRH Diambi Kabatusuila, the queen of the Republic of Congo. Khabib was awarded a Lifetime Achievement Award, not only for his countless wins in the ring but also for his humanitarian efforts.
