2. Kensington and Chelsea: £1,249,531

3. Camden: £823,801

4. Tower Hamlets: £446,865

5. Lambeth: £527,674

6. Manchester: £179,537

7. Liverpool: £139,442

8. Hammersmith & Fulham: £769,061

9. City of London: £786,760

10. Southwark: £507,809

 

Looking at the data above, overseas investors own £7.3bn worth of property in Kensington & Chelsea and over a £1bn in the City of London.
